The Ford Cosworth DFV (Double Four Valve) was the longest-running engine in Formula 1 history.
From 1967 to 1983 it won 155 Grands Prix, making it the most successful engine ever.
It was also used in other categories, such as the World Sports Prototype Championship, where it was used for over 20 years in different cars.
