This second volume on the creations of the Saint-Pé-de-Bigorre manufacturer Norbert Santos is a natural continuation of volume 1.

This time we talk about the M200P, the only LM P2 ever built under the rules of the Automobile Club de l'Ouest.

A very important space is dedicated to the series created by Eric Van de Vyver, competitions that between 2004 and 2018 saw the M20, M20 F, M20 FC and M30 play a leading role, making Norma famous.

There is also mention of the French FFSA Circuit Cup, the TTE and Free Racing series that took over from VdeV and the birth of the Belgian Belcar Endurance Championship.

The end of the 20th century was also marked by the arrival of the M30, Norma's first prototype for 17 years, which would compete in the Road To Le Mans, the Michelin Le Mans Cup, the European Le Mans Series and overseas in the IMSA Prototype Challenge series, demonstrating Norbert Santos' ability to develop a competitive car based on the latest techniques.

Of course, all this activity is accompanied by Norma's presence at the forefront of hillclimbing in France, Europe and around the world. The titles of Sébastien Petit and Geoffrey Schatz, Simone Faggioli's stranglehold on the FIA European Championship and his extraordinary adventure at Pikes Peak in 2018 are covered extensively in both texts and images.

And while, following the sale of the Norma brand at the end of 2017 to the Duqueine group, he may benefit from a well-deserved retirement, Norbert Santos is looking forward to the projects of Guillem Roux, at his side since 2003, and his daughter, Camille Santos-Gautré, within the new Nova Proto entity that has acquired Norma CN prototypes, as new cars are launched.
