Although it was a 1-2 victory of the undoubted favourites from Toyota, the Le Mans 24H 2019 was everything but un unexciting race and had all the usual drama. One even happened to the Toyota #7, which was in the lead an hour from the finish, but had to pit twice with a slow puncture and thus lost the win to the sister car.
In the LMP2 and GT classes - with its beautiful cars from Porsche, Ferrari, Aston Martin, Ford, BMW and Corvette - it was a very close fight all through the race.
Like in previous years the high-quality official yearbook of the race reviews the full week of motor sport in Le Mans - for the arrival of the teams right to the podium. All cars and all classes are featured in amazing images and extensive statistics.
