Paolo Rampini was born in December 1949 in Milan, the city where he has always lived. He had a passion for toy cars since he was a child.

"At 13 years old, he had a collection of 150 models". After 50 years of collecting, he still has a collection of around 12,000 pieces, most of which are die-cast models.

Paolo Rampini started his career as publisher and author of books on antique toys and model cars in 1982. From then to 2023 he has produced 29 paper books, among which The Golden Book of Model Cars (1995), and the books on Bburago and Brumm stand out for their interest and success.

This volume, published in 1996, is about toy-motorcycles up to 1970. Like in all his other books, the author has given great space to lists and photographs so that the collector can learn the most with the least effort.

Enciclopedia Moto-Giocattolo 1890-1970 has 127 pages.
