The Rocca shipyard was one of the flagships of the French motonautical industry between 1950 and 1980. Almost 100,000 boats have left their Vitry-sur-Seine workshops.
These boats have dreamed hundreds of thousands of viewers of fairs and nautical salons. Although they have never been able to compete with the famous Riva, their performance and charm have made the joy of all the owners.
This book tells the story of the shipyard, but also the story of a family of Italian origin combined with the same passion. The connoisseurs mainly retain the name of Oreste Rocca, a great runner and media player.
Rich in numerous illustrations, photos or original documents for the most part never published, this unique book brings you nostalgically into a past not so far.
