In this interesting book, motorsport expert Bernhard Völker describes the Borgward racing cars: from the record-breaking INKA-type car in 1950 to the races (1952-1959) on the most famous race tracks to the Formula II world championship in 1959 with Cooper-Borgward. There are also portraits of all Borgward drivers.

After Heinrich Völker dealt with the technique in his book Silberpfeile aus Bremen (Silver Arrows from Bremen) in 2004, many historical references from contemporary witnesses were acquired and are considered here. Everything is related to the bodies, chassis and engines.

In the appendix there are detailed tables of the races, technical data of the models and a chronological description.
