There are many brands entered right in the history of world Motorsport, but of course, among these, a very role falls to Porsche, the famous Home of Stuttgart, from over sessant years synonymous with excellence in the production of road cars as in sport.
The mainstays in the first framework respond to names, it would be better to say to acronyms, 356, 911 and 959, and the second are the various 550, 904, 908 and especially the unforgettable 917, to have played the role of mattatrici in Sports competitions and prototypes.
Bibliography dedicated to German and certainly not lacking, but lacked a work that could so synthetic traces but limited this fascinating history, which began in 1946, which seems not to know the end.
