Behind this very particular title is the chronicle of all the events, on road and track, in which all the Giulietta Sprint Veloce whose original bodywork has been replaced, and fitted out by Zagato since 1956, have taken part.
The main value of this book is to trace the complete history of the 22 Giulietta Sprint Veloce, and the only Spider Veloce, made by the Milanese coachbuilder, mentioning also the names of the successive owners.
This was a great result by the authors, who spent more than five years researching and ensuring that the 23 cars involved were presented individually by chassis number. Not an easy task, as the history of some of them appeared rather unclear.
A hard challenge, and a precious job, which allowed to collect more than 320 photos, in b/w and colour, 80% of them unpublished.
