In November 1979, with a refreshed style and a more modern, fluid layout, Enzo Ferrari published Ferrari80, almost anticipating, always in line with the past, the coming new decade.

A collection of old writings that we find, in part, in his autobiography - Le mie gioie terribili - published in the early 1960s, when "the Drake" was already the most famous Italian in the world, and updated and enriched over the following two decades, under the titles Le briglie del successo (1970) and "Il libro rosso" (1974).

Always and in any case, as the author points out, un libro parlato, una confessione spregiudicata (a talking book, an unprejudiced confession).

Enzo Ferrari tells us about the fascination of engines and the dream of becoming a driver, cherished since he was a boy. The difficult years of war, the races with Isotta Fraschini and Alfa Romeo. The foundation of the Scuderia Ferrari, the successes, the legendary drivers. The death of his young son Dino, which will forever make his every joy "terrible".

Edition dated November 1979, limited to 1000 copies.
