Angelo Orsi is a renowned sports photographer who, in 1983, met the then young and promising Ayrton Senna, with whom he began a close professional collaboration that soon developed into a deep friendship.
His son Matteo was then a teenager, and his life was transformed by his encounter with Ayrton. A frequent visitor to the Orsi household on every trip to Italy, he became not only a sports idol for Matteo, but also a true friend and a sort of older brother.
His stories range from the simple everyday life of family dinners, at home or at restaurants, and from evenings in front of the TV to grotesque and amusing situations. There are also Matteo's accounts of Ayrton's colleagues and his relationship with them.
And other more profound episodes, up to the story of their last meeting and the sad succession of emotions of May 1, 1994.
Ayrton: storie fuoripista features 102 pages. Text in Italian.
