Built in 1965 and inaugurated in 1966, the Bugatti circuit was the result of an idea for a permanent track conceived by the directors of the Automobile Club de l'Ouest, mainly to open a driving school.
How did this “small circuit” in Le Mans, which uses part of the track and infrastructure of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, become, sixty years later, a landmark for motor and motorcycle racing?
National championships, Formula 3000 in the 1990s, Grand Prix Moto, 24 Hours Moto and Truck, Dragster Festival, GP Explorer and even the 24 Hours of Cycling!
Stéphane Barbé tells us the great story of this circuit, from the 1967 French Formula 1 Grand Prix to Johann Zarco's victory in the 2025 French MotoGP Grand Prix, through many photos and exclusive testimonials.
Circuit Bugatti, 60 ans de légende au Mans features 210 pages and 400 images.
