I 100 anni dell'Aquila is not only a book but also a cultural and territorial project built on two parallel tracks, linking the history of a legendary brand like Moto Guzzi to the territory of Lake Como.

The first retraces, through a wealth of iconographic documentation collected by Carlo Borlenghi and Carlo Zuccoli in many years of passionate research, the glorious season of the Moto Guzzi brand.

The second traces a long Larian itinerary that begins and ends in Mandello del Lario, where the company was born and still operates today, after visiting all the towns that were most directly involved in the company's development: Lierna, Varenna, Bellano, Dervio, Dorio, Colico, Malgrate, Lecco and Abbadia, after stopping off at some unmissable destinations on the other side of the lake such as Pian di Spagna, the Romanesque church of Santa Maria del Tiglio, the Barca Lariana Museum, Menaggio Golf Club, Villa Carlotta and Villa Melzi.
