An iconic American sports car and long considered the best in its class, the Chevrolet Corvette is as fast as it is fascinating.
Its beauty has been photographed here like never before. Using a unique shooting technique called "light-painting", renowned photographers Randy Leffingwell and Tom Loeser present twenty of the most famous, rare and historic Corvettes ever produced in this book.
From the chrome grille of the 1953 roadster and the sensual lines of the early C3s to the aggressive silhouette of the 2012 ZR1 and the powerful engine of the 2014 C7 Stingray, all the features of the various models are illustrated through beautiful photographs.
Rarer cars are also covered, produced in a single example, such as the Stingray Z06 from 1963 or the L88 convertible from 1967.
Over 200 photographs accompany the text by Randy Leffingwell, an internationally recognized expert.
L' Art de la Corvette unveils this veritable monument of American engineering and design in a new light.
