The story of the two Porsche 911R models told in 384 pages. The book covers the period from the birth of 911R in 1967, of which only 20 cars and 4 prototypes were produced, up to the new 911R of 2016. Authors Christoph Mäder, Georg Konradsheim and Thomas Gruber dedicated a year and a half to research, the drafting and writing of this book which includes: all the races in which Porsche's work team participated, the story behind the development of both the 911R, the technique of both cars, including engines, transmissions, suspension and aerodynamics and a list of all chassis numbers.
