In Stuttgart, in August 1939, with the 60K10 project, under the supervision of Professor Ferdinand Porsche, a car was developed in anticipation of a race, from Berlin to Rome, which would never have taken place. With this model the idea of a light and aerodynamic car was born, with a small engine but remarkable performances. Nine years after this idea, the company released its first car, the Porsche 356, which would launch the company in automotive history.
