The Silver Ghost was the first of a series of magnificent cars: the 20hp - the "Baby Rolls" - the ohv Phantom I, the Phantom II and the 1936 V12 Phantom III.
The author, Richard Bird, has photographed these, and the post-war Silver Wraith, Silver Dawn and Silver Cloud. in all their guises. The employment of different coachbuilders working upon the Roll-Royce chassis lends this book a wonderful visual diversity.
