Mercedes-Benz and Mille Miglia. Two prestigious marques in the history of motor racing that met from the early 1930s to 1957.

The cars of the Stuttgart House won two editions: in 1931, with the mastodontic SSK driven by Rudolf Caracciola, and in 1955, with the 300 SRL (at the time when Mercedes-Benz cars had already been nicknamed "Silver Arrows"), driven by Stirling Moss and Denis Jenkinson.

Telling this fascinating story, not only a racing event (due to the difficult climate between Italy and Germany at the turn of the Second World War), is an exciting text, complete with an exceptional and previously unpublished sequence of photographic documents, most of which supplied by Mercedes-Benz.

Mercedes-Benz & Mille Miglia has 158 pages and no less than 237 images, 28 in colour and 209 in b/w.
