Important information following the Covid-19 emergency and in compliance with the provisions of the Italian Government's Decree of 22 March 2020
- Orders and communications
Following the decree of 22 March, of the indications and decrees of the Lombardy region, the orders and shipping office will work from Monday to Friday from 9,00 to 13,00.
We are operating also in smart-working mode, so please contact us via email, we will respond within 24-48 hours .
You can still order on the website, bearing in mind that orders may be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours .
- Shipping (Shipments from Monday to Friday)
Following the government decree of March 22, we specify the measures taken for the shipment of orders:
All book orders that are available immediately will be shipped within 24/48 hours . If some book is not available to ship immediately, you will be contacted immediately by email or phone.
For shipping times: couriers in this period have delays and deliveries on average range from 48 to 72 hours depending on the destination. We apologize for any delays. Due to the closure of the courier branches, shipments are suspended for some postal codes. You will be contacted if it is not possible to proceed with the shipment.
