When, a few years later, his father gifts him a 901, a car with minor accident damage and, moreover, blue in colour, the young man initially pays no attention to it. However, this is the beginning of an incredible story!
Alois Ruf drives it, then for some time he parks it, and almost forgets it. But only almost! The story of the 901 will never leave him. He starts a complete restoration, does research and finds it hard to believe what he discovers: his classic car was one of the first, or more precisely, the sixth 901 ever built. And, therefore, exactly the car that whizzed in front of the young Alois Ruf years earlier.
