Fangio, sus 200 carreras, a magnificent 2-volume work covering the entire career of Juan Manuel Fangio, published by the Fundación Museo Juan Manuel Fangio in Buenos Aires.

Each Fangio race is accompanied by a data sheet with the number identifying it, the name, the date of race, the circuit concerned, the category in which he competed, the position obtained and the number and type of car used.

This is followed by an account of the race, with a brief contextualisation, the most important facts and incidents, the times recorded in qualifying, the lap records, the final classification, the drop-outs and the winner's average, plus other data of interest. Finally, a narrative part with the protagonist's testimony about his participation in the race.

Fangio's testimonies are the product of a synthesis of different sources left by the champion: speeches, interviews, radio programmes, newspapers, books, audiovisuals, among others.

Amongst the documentation used, it is worth mentioning the unpublished historical material provided to the Fangio Foundation by Mercedes-Benz of Stuttgart on the initiative of Dr. Josef Ernst, which includes details of a contract concluded by Neubauer with Fangio and the content of the relative texts for the 1954-1955 seasons. In addition, the access to the Alfa Romeo historical archive, located in Arese, Italy.

Another valuable contribution was free access to the personal archive of Dr. Adolfo Orsi, son of Omer Orsi, owner of Maserati in Fangio's time, a true connoisseur of historic motor racing and a prominent expert in the field. Specialised websites and publications from various sources were also consulted and used, whose contribution was equally precious.

Hundreds of photographs enrich the publication: many of them are part of the collection given by Fangio to The Museum. Those belonging to the El Gráfico archive were obtained through an agreement with the Fangio Foundation. Private entities and collectors also collaborated, kindly allowing the inclusion of the images that complete the sports chronicle.
