Gran Turismo races have played a very important role in the history of the Monza Autodrome. In the 1970s, the Coppa Intereuropa was one of the most popular events.

Then, over the years, the interest in GT declined, and only in 1992 an Italian GT Championship was born. This marked a rebirth of this category and since that moment its growth has been exponential, with a whole series of international championships and cars and drivers of the highest level.

This book, year by year, traces the complex and articulated history of these championships, from 1970 to present day, explaining the evolution of regulations and cars, but also reporting results of the most significant races.

The single-make series - Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini - are also included, and all this is illustrated and described through a vast iconographic repertoire, most of which has never been published before, and through texts in Italian and English, accurate and rigorous in their historical research.

192 pages and hundreds of colour and b/w photos.
