La Strada dei Musei - Museum Road is an Automotoclub Storico Italiano publishing premiere because never before has research been carried out to shed light on the Museums and Collections of motoring and mobility.
This volume, the result of eight years of research by the ASI History and Museums Commission, catalogues, describes and documents over 250 Collections and Museums dedicated to cars, motorbikes, trucks, agricultural vehicles, planes, trains, boats, bicycles, and carriages.
The aim of the work is to offer an overview of the many realities present in our country, the result of passion, dedition and research. Some collections are well-known, some lesser known but still valuable witnesses of the 20th century.
Of all the realities the book provides addresses, telephones, web contacts, thus helping the visitor to discover MIDA, the Museo Italiano Diffuso dell'Automobile.
