The Automobili Lamborghini epic, an incredible adventure that began in 1963, has been recorded in a collector's edition. The book Lamborghini, written by Antonio Ghini, tells the 60-year history of the super sports car brand, also through little-known curiosities and anecdotes. These include the projects - never fully completed - to enter Formula 1 and the construction of engines for large off-shore powerboats.
This 256-page volume is the expanded and updated edition of the book published in 2019, and presents, with previously unpublished texts and images, all the new models produced in recent years.
A chapter of the book is dedicated to those designers who created the most famous models, while a completely new section explains how the company and its supercars will be increasingly environmentally sustainable.
According to the "Direzione Cor Tauri" programme, in fact, the progressive electrification of the models is planned, initially through an intermediate phase involving hybrid versions, up to the launch of a 100% battery-powered model, but without forgoing sportiness and driving pleasure.
