As a tradition since 1982, the 2013 re-enactment of what was called the most beautiful race in the world has been told in a book that summarizes everything that has happened in the thousand miles from Brescia to Rome and back . In addition to the complete photographic repertoire - with images of each of the 415 cars in the race and Ferrari of the 73 participants in the Ferrari Tribute to Mille Miglia - the book suggests , in about 300 pages , the record of all aspects of the Mille Miglia , 2013, from the social and tourism to sports -related stroke . In addition, the book offers a retrospective of the victories of Tazio Nuvolari and Giannino Marzotto, in the Mille Miglia that recur in 2013 , after sixty and eighty , in 1933 and 1953 with a rich gallery of vintage photographs .
