STYLE auto architettura della carrozzeria, a quarterly magazine on automotive design, was first published in 1963.

It was printed on matt paper, with a particularly careful layout. The last issue, number 37, came out in 1978.

Already the subtitle, 'architecture of the bodywork', indicated the specific theme of its editorial themes.

The magazine's main commitment was to develop and discuss, both aesthetically and technically, the reasons for the contemporary world's car civilization and its direct repercussions on art, culture and customs.

The magazine immediately made use of very prestigious contributors from Italy, England, France and the United States. Among them were Ferruccio Bernabò, Griffith Borgeson, Jules Brac, Etien Cornil, Pio Manzù and Yar Gregson.

In this issue: special issue dedicated to the industrial vehicle design in England (Royal College of Art, Range Rover, Ogle Design, history of Vauxhall Vica HC, Peter Ralph Design Associates).
